Overview
This is the public marketing website for the Jorge Castro AI SEO platform. It runs in Swedish by default, with English, Norwegian, Spanish and Danish versions. Every homepage section, including the banner, client logos, features, pricing cards, testimonials, FAQ, call to action, certificates, navigation and footer, can be edited from a built-in admin panel, along with blog posts, news, press releases and legal pages. The site also hosts free SEO tools and serves the developer documentation under its docs path.
My role
The site was built mainly by another engineer on the team. I contributed the scroll-driven hero animation on the homepage and updates to the client-logo carousel and pricing cards, plus some earlier fixes.

How it's built
The front end is Next.js 15 with React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, next-intl, Framer Motion and a TipTap rich-text editor in the admin. Page content comes from an Express and MySQL admin API. On the server, all homepage sections are fetched in parallel and passed into the page, so search engines and the runtime translator see the published copy rather than placeholders, and any section that fails falls back to its built-in default. The site ships as Docker images for the Next.js app and an Nginx reverse proxy, deployed through GitHub Actions.
Highlights
- The hero is a 524-frame WebP sequence drawn on a canvas as the visitor scrolls. Frames load in parallel batches behind a poster image, so scrubbing works before the full set arrives.
- Once the visitor clearly scrolls in one direction, the hero finishes the animation by itself at a steady pace, and any touch, wheel or key press hands control back.
- Framing logic zooms and pans the frames so the subject stays fully in view on phones, laptops and tall screens.
